| QUESTION: There is a fender eliminator on my bike. I do not want to buy the $99 plate holder. All I want is to put this where the license plate would normally go. Problem is that the current mount has holes that are too close together for the license plate holes. What is the distance between the holes on the long edge of this mount? Can I use screws to attach this to the mount, and then a separate set to attach the plate to this mount? Does that make sense? |
| ANSWER: There are two types of holes on this mount - most are for the position of the license plate. The ones that are not in a straight line are to bolt the license plate to this bracket and are the correct distance apart for the holes on a standard motorcycle size plate. All the rest control the positioning on the bike and are 1" apart. |

mounts for license plates that would fit a 92 Honda
F2. I know that most everyone uses the fender
eliminator kits on these bikes, but I have an idea I
can use one of these mounts on my swingarm and cut the
whole fender off.
